Managing Partner / Senior Partner Board
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow the legal team within your area of specialization.
- Manage complex client cases and provide strategic legal advice.
- Maintain and grow client relationships and develop new business.
- Oversee team performance, mentoring junior attorneys and paralegals.
- Represent the firm in public engagements and industry events.
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school.
- 10+ years of post-qualification experience with a focus on Family Law / Employment Law / Insurance Law.
- Proven record of business development and team leadership.
- Strong litigation and/or negotiation background.
