Paralegal – Family Law / Employment Law / General Insurance
Location: NYC, Los Angeles, Chicago, and major cities across the United States
Reports To: Assigned Attorney or Practice Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in case preparation and management.
- Draft and file legal documents and correspondence.
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings.
- Manage case files, schedule meetings, and coordinate communications.
- Support clients through the legal process under attorney supervision.
Qualifications:
- Paralegal certificate or Associate’s degree in legal studies.
- 2+ years of experience in a relevant legal setting.
- Familiarity with legal databases and e-filing systems.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in your specialization.
- Draft legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies.
- Attend hearings, mediations, and trials as needed.
- Maintain updated knowledge of relevant laws and legal precedents.
Qualifications:
- JD and state bar admission.
- 3–7 years of experience in Family, Employment, or Insurance Law.
- Strong legal writing, research, and communication skills.
- Client-facing experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow the legal team within your area of specialization.
- Manage complex client cases and provide strategic legal advice.
- Maintain and grow client relationships and develop new business.
- Oversee team performance, mentoring junior attorneys and paralegals.
- Represent the firm in public engagements and industry events.
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school.
- 10+ years of post-qualification experience with a focus on Family Law / Employment Law / Insurance Law.
- Proven record of business development and team leadership.
- Strong litigation and/or negotiation background.
